Karolina thinks she too good to work there and does as little as possible, whilst using the company accounts like a dating site. Prides herself on being a gold digger and was sacked from her last jon for sleeping with clients. Ria the director is too busy with her privet coffeeshop to answer the phone. She also takes an active role in trying to get married members of staff to cheat on on their partners. Abi is although shes only been there a short time as soon come to meet the shocking standards of burns Hamilton. Charging myself and the rest of the flats in my block an extortionate amount of money for services we do not need, are inappropriate or non existent. I had a leak through the ceiling in the middle of the night and tried calling the out of hours service which didn’t work (despite being very clearly on my service charges). I was then advised we don’t actually pay for this service? We’re paying for grounds maintenance despite having no grounds to maintain! a complete scam of a company, charging us ridiculous money and not even maintaining the property whatsoever. AVOID UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES";s:25:"relative_time_description";s:12:"2 months ago";}i:4;a:5:{s:2:"id";s:65:"https://www.google.com/maps/contrib/113432636479264722907/reviews";s:11:"author_name";s:13:"Adam Millward";s:6:"rating";i:1;s:4:"text";s:1064:"There is clearly a tie in with Tiger Investments and I would strongly recommend avoiding buying any leasehold property with one as the Freeholder and the other as the managing agents. As a leaseholder you are nothing more than a cash cow and the fees that Burns charge are totally out of kilter with the quality of the service they provide. Given the fees they charge, their properties should look like palaces but sadly their chosen contractors are too often third rate and as a result the properties look shabby and neglected. Burns don't like it when you challenge their fees and will do everything they can to bully you into accepting them no matter how extortionate - such as a £2500 bill for electricity for three light bulbs in a common hallway. But if you stand your ground they will give in - I would also recommend seeing every invoice you can - you only have a narrow window to do this once the accounts are published so I would recommend getting onto it asap. Pictures are of a wall that Burns got "repaired" and charged leaseholders £2,000 for.";s:25:"relative_time_description";s:13:"11 months ago";}}}
