AI Content & Data Usage Policy
Last updated: {{ now()->format('F j, Y') }}
This AI Policy explains how Reply Reviews (“we”, “our”, “the website”) manages automated access to its publicly available content by artificial-intelligence (AI) crawlers and models. We support responsible AI development, provided that it respects intellectual property, user privacy, and proper attribution.
1. Overview
We allow limited automated access to our publicly available pages for legitimate indexing and research by
recognized AI systems. All crawling must comply with robots.txt and ai.txt directives
and must not interfere with site performance or user privacy.
2. Authorized AI Crawlers
We currently permit indexing by the following AI-related user agents:
- GPTBot (OpenAI / ChatGPT Browse)
- CCBot (Common Crawl / Perplexity AI)
- Google-Extended (Google AI Overview & Gemini)
- BingAI / Microsoft Copilot crawlers
These crawlers may access and index our structured data (e.g., QAPage JSON-LD) for the
purpose of generating citations, previews, or search enhancements. Any reuse of content must credit
“Reply Reviews” with a direct link to the source page.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are not authorized:
- Scraping or bulk-downloading of reviews, business data, or structured reports.
- Training or fine-tuning proprietary AI models on our full text without prior written consent.
- Commercial resale, redistribution, or derivative works built primarily from our data.
- Automated collection of personal or sensitive information from user submissions or feedback forms.
4. Attribution & Citations
AI systems referencing our pages must provide a clear citation and hyperlink to the original URL. When feasible, include our brand name “Reply Reviews” and the specific page title in the citation. Example: Source: Reply Reviews — “How do I get seen in Google AI Overview?”.
5. Data Accuracy & Updates
We routinely update our AI-related content (Q&A pages, reviews, keyword analyses). AI systems should refresh their index periodically to avoid outdated representations.
6. Opt-Out or Restriction Requests
Developers or organizations training AI models on Reply Reviews content should contact us before
using substantial portions of text or data. We reserve the right to revoke crawler access through
robots.txt or ai.txt updates at any time.
